Lindsay Harris-Kyei, Vice President of Global Impact and Sustainability at ServiceNow, shares how the company is using technology, data and AI to help organizations turn sustainability and social impact goals into action at scale.
ServiceNow supports customers by connecting fragmented data systems into a single, intelligent platform. Its ESG product replaces spreadsheets with integrated reporting and controls, allowing organizations to make faster, more informed and more sustainable decisions.
“Data is the fabric that will change our lives—and when siloed systems can finally talk to each other, we unlock entirely new possibilities for impact.”
The conversation also highlights real-world impact, from tracking long-term nutrition outcomes for malnourished children in South Africa, to empowering surf communities to share reef data with climate scientists, to deploying solar energy in rural tribal villages in India.
Recorded at the World Climate Summit & the Investment COP 2025, Harris-Kyei ultimately calls for cross-industry collaboration, noting that many organizations are working toward similar goals within fragmented systems. By breaking down silos and aligning governments, businesses, nonprofits and communities, she argues, technology can help build the resilient, equitable future the world is striving for.
