Speaker Recruitment & Event Planning: WCF may contact you as a guest, or a speaker, for one of our events. Any information regarding, but not limited to, contacting you and/or your company will be collected for communication and event planning purposes.

How Do We Collect Your Data
Your data can be collected in the following ways:

How Long We Store Your Data

WCF is responsible for the treatment of any and all personal data collected directly by and through WCF, this information will be handled solely by WCF and our appointed Data Protection Officer to ensure your information is handled in a correct and lawful manner.
Non-sensitive information such as your Name and Company Name may be publicly published in WCF media, or used and displayed at WCF events.

Whenever data is shared with partners and co-organizers located outside the European Union and Switzerland, WCF will take all required measures to ensure the safety and security of your data as outlined by GDPR.

If you have checked the box stating “I accept personal data processing according to the Privacy Policy…” we will process your information for up to 5 years or until it is no longer relevant. This can happen if your information becomes outdated, or when you request to have it erased from our database.
