We are looking for an energetic, motivated and diligent individual interested in a full-time internship lasting 6 months. You will support the Management and Sales team in pre-sales and post-sales processes and will play an integral role ensuring that the organisation continuously meets and improves its commercial performance. You will have the opportunity to learn about the full scope of sales process, product development, and marketing strategies.


Our work is very much driven by facilitating large-scale collaboration between governments, businesses, financial institutions and international organisations. Therefore you, first of all, are confident and a good communicator and connect well with people of all levels. You have analytical mindset, an eye for numbers and can quickly produce insightful reports and clear recommendations.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor sales activity with detailed weekly reports

  • Analyse data and produce required recommendations

  • Organise and participate in weekly sales meetings

  • Maintain and update CRM system

  • Provide professional communication, administrative, and technical support to sales managers and sales teams

  • Draft new sales proposals, outreach emails and presentations

  • Maintain and update sales materials, assist with product training

  • Oversee the engagement and performance of external sales agents

  • Revise and update internal sales plans and other management tools

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

  • Liaise with clients and partners to identify and define contract deliverables and provide ongoing service support

  • Assist sales team in solving problems that the customers face answering their requests to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Organise and participate in required stakeholder meetings

  • You will also assist the team in a number of additional tasks such as database maintenance, research, meeting, administration and other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency in sales tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures

  • Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively

  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated with keen interest for taking on new responsibilities

  • Competency in Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel is a must

  • Project coordination experience considered strong advantage

  • Previous experience in event coordination considered an advantage

  • Commitment to the internship duration and an interest in pursuing a sales career

  • Previous experience in a similar sales role would be a plus
